Requesting Certificate
1. For requesting certificate
- All lessons must be studied.
- Certificate fees must be purchased.
- The necessary exams (if required) must be successful.
- All homework / Assignment / Project / Exercise (if applicable) must be sent.
- Students must obtain the relevant teacher’s confirmation along with their student numbers.
2. Certificate process duration
- Certificate fees can be withdrawn within 14 days of the office opening days (within 14 days of the teacher's confirmation)
- After studying, certificate fees can last at least 4 to a maximum of two months.
3. Certificate delivery
- Certificate files will be sent using Email/ Messenger/ Viber/ Websites as Soft-Copy (Original).
- There is no service providing such as Certificate/Class Documents/Books with Delivery, and you can only come to the school personally or by responsible person or friends.
- If you want to get the printed Certificate, not with the PDF file, but with the Hard copy, you can come to the school. If you want to get Certificate from school, you need to be notified at least 2 weeks in advance.
GYS's Intuitive Assets
- Teaching videos taught by GYS, video content, Assignments, letters, logos, teaching digital techniques, homework whether it is directly or indirectly, all forms of examination, questions, lessons, and so on are extracted directly or indirectly. All of this information is fully copyrighted by the GYS. If it is discovered, it will be prosecuted under the Art Copyright Law.
- GYS's technological innovations include websites, mobile apps, computer software, and other digital techniques that are not allowed to be replicated, copied, illegally downloaded and spread digital data.
- Actions that create injustice or misunderstanding, acts that jeopardize the reputation and dignity of GYS, the rights or benefits of GYS. If there are such acts that violate , any individual or organization will be prosecuted under existing laws and relevant policies.
Refund Policy
- 1.Refunds are not available because of student difficulties (e.g. technical difficulties, time problems, mobile phones or computer difficulties, any Internet problems).
- 2.If GYS is notified within 24 hours for problems such as incompatibility with yourself or complete misunderstandings, you will arrange for the refund to be issued. If more than 24 hours is not available, there is no replacement and no class change.
- 3.The decision of the refund is done by GYS. If available, it can last from 2 to 4 weeks to get a refund.
Payment / Registration/ Discount & Promotion Policy

The course must be paid directly in advance of bank accounts and Pay Accounts
provided by GYS Official Pages. -
The full transaction information (name, phone number, and attendance course)
will be provided in the student's Transaction Record, Invoice, and if transferred,
the details must be provided. -
If the payments are mistaken, they will be notified as soon as possible to restore
them. If notified, they are checked as soon as possible within 3 days of the office
opening days. -
Any Promotion and Discount programs made by GYS have the rights to modify
and discontinue by GYS at any time. - Discount coupons, vouchers, and programs are allowed to be used only one at a time.

Promotions, Discount vouchers and coupons are allowed to be used only during
the specific duration decided by GYS. - GYS will organize that the course can begin within 48 hours of paying the course fee.
Rules for Students' Attendance
- We are not allowed to criticize someone else's personal information or ideas.

If assignments are submitted, the relevant teachers in their dedicated class will
reply within 24 hours of the office opening days. -
If you share your personal information with the instructors, you will be involved
in the GYS's data storage. -
Otherwise, GYS staff or teachers are not allowed to communicate with students
via communication resources legally authorized by the GYS. If contacted and
has any problems, GYS will not be responsible. -
Teachers and students are not allowed to engage in dishonorable or insulting
behavior. If so, the first warning will be issued and the second will be
postponed for a lifetime. (No refund) -
They are not allowed to post content or advertisements that will annoy the students,
the students. -
If the responsable teacher does not grant permission, students are not allowed to record
any part of the course (including screenshots, photographs, letters, videos, and audio files).
Zoom Class (For students who have enrolled in one-to-one service)

Certificate Issuance
After completing the course, with permission from the respective teacher, the certificate will be issued within 2 to 4 weeks. Only a Verified Digital Certificate will be issued, and it will be sent via Telegram or Viber.

Teaching and Lessons
If there are any schedule changes—such as class time, date, or re-attending class, you must inform GYS Company directly. If you experience difficulties with the teacher, you can consult with GYS Company within the first two class sessions to request a teacher change. If a change is made, you may change up to two teachers. Once you have completed half of the course, there is no option to change classes or teachers.

Matters Related to Tuition Fees
Tuition fees must be paid directly to GYS. If the student discontinues the service before completing the course, the tuition fees will not be refunded. If the student voluntarily discontinues the course, there is no right to request a payment refund.

Classroom Regulations
Students must join the Zoom meeting 5 minutes before the class starts. During class, do not talk on the phone or use it unless it is necessary. If you have important matters, please inform the school 1 day in advance or at least 3 hours before the class time. If a student is absent due to any reason, up to 3 absences are allowed. If there is no valid reason for these absences, only 1 make-up session will be provided within those 3 missed sessions.
During class time, eating, chewing betel, or smoking is only allowed during the break time permitted by the teacher.
GYS has the right to postpone or cancel the lessons. Student rules can be amended periodically by GYS. If anything controversial happens, only the decision of GYS is acceptable.
